How do I find parking and apply for a space?
  • Go to the website www.lanierparking.com.
  • Click on Find Parking.
  • Enter the information to request parking at that location.
  • Once you receive a response back from the parking office with a username/password you may go back into the www.lanierparking.com website click on "Manage My Account" and log in.

I already have a Lanier Parking Account how do I access it?
  • Go to the website www.lanierparking.com.
  • Click on "Manage My Account".
  • Click on "I currently manage a parking account and wish access to PRISM".
  • Enter your information in the box provided.
  • A username and password will be sent to the email address you entered
  • Once you have received that username/password you can enter "Manage My Account" and log in with your new information.

How do I add an additional parker to my account?
  • Go to the website www.lanierparking.com.
  • Click on "Manage my Account".
  • 2 convenient ways to add a Parker.
    • On the Lanier Home Page to the top right of the "Parkers" box, click the "add parker" in green.
    • Click on "Manage Parkers" tab from Home Page, then click "Add Parker" tab in green.

How do I cancel or terminate a parker or account?
  • Go to the website www.lanierparking.com.
  • Click on "Manage Parkers" tab from home screen.
  • Search list for name of parker to be terminated from the account.
  • On the same line as the parker's name, click on the (red circle with line thru it) to terminate or cancel parker.

How do I edit information for a parker?
  • Go to the website www.lanierparking.com.
  • Click on "Manage Parkers" tab from home screen.
  • Search list for name of parker to be edited.
  • Once you have located the parker, click the magnifying glass on the specific line of the parker.
  • This will allow you to change all profile information on that parker, including parking status reserved or non-reserved.

How do I add or change account information?
  • Go to the website www.lanierparking.com.
  • From Home Screen, Click on "Edit Account".
  • From "Edit Account" you are able to change: Account Name, Address, Contact Name, Email address, phone number, fax number, or purchase order number.
  • Remember to allow 24 hrs for information to be updated to the system.

How do I view my Account History?
  • Go to the website www.lanierparking.com.
  • Click "Account History" from Home screen.
  • The system will list any updated activity to your account.

 
How do I print Account History?
  • Go to the website www.lanierparking.com.
  • Click "Account History" from Home screen.
  • Click the green tab titled "PRINT PAGE".

How do I view my invoice?
  • Go to the website www.lanierparking.com.
  • Click "Account History".
  • Search list for invoice by date or by description.
  • Double Click on the particular invoice you desire.

How do I print my invoice?
  • Go to the website www.lanierparking.com.
  • Click "Account History".
  • Search for invoice by date or description.
  • Double Click on invoice.
  • Once open Click on Print page.

How do I change my password?
  • Go to the website www.lanierparking.com.
  • From Home screen "Account Summary".
  • Click on "Change Password".
  • The system will prompt you to create a new password.
  • The information will be sent to your contact.

How do I set up Payment Options?
  • Go to the website www.lanierparking.com.
  • From Home screen, click on "Change Payment Type".
  • The system will prompt you to choose one of the following: Credit Card, Automatic Draft, or E-bill.
  • Choose the method that best accommodates your account.

How do I change payment information?
  • Go to the website www.lanierparking.com.
  • From Home screen, click on "Change Payment Type".
  • The system will prompt you to choose one of the following: Credit Card, Automatic Draft, or E-bill.
  • Choose the method that best accommodates your account.

How do I change payment information to credit card?
  • Go to the website www.lanierparking.com.
  • From Home screen , click on "Change Payment Type"
  • The system will prompt you to choose one of the following: Credit Card, Automatic Draft, or E-bill.
  • Choose the method that best accommodates your account.
  • If you choose credit card, you will receive a message that states:

    "Currently Lanier Parking Solutions is working to capture your credit card information over the web. Until we are able to complete this project, an email has been sent to your contact@lanierparking.com . He/she will contact you to verify your information by phone. Please do not send your personal credit card information via email."
